These are busy times for the Night Zero team, and we’ve got some very exciting events coming up in the next few months. Production on episode four continued with a shoot at the old Sandpoint Way Naval Base last weekend, including some exciting smoke and fire effects for a dramatic scene near the end of the episode. This brings the shooting schedule of the episode at around 80% complete, although curiously it’s the middle and end portions that are complete, and the opening scenes that remain to be shot. Episode four, titled “Insecurity”, will begin its online run in four weeks.

The biggest news in the Night Zero camp is of course the imminent arrival of Night Zero: Volume Two, and the amazing release party to accompany it. A post-apocalyptically-themed costume party with the Night Zero team? Have a drink, get your book signed by the cast and crew, and enjoy an evening with your fellow Night Zero fans. Attendees who pre-order their copy of the book get free admission (others are asked a $3 door cover), and can take their book home in an awesome swag-filled “combat pack”, exclusive to the release party.
